Assists individuals, groups and communities in organizing and implementing programs which prevent adolescent pregnancy. Provides local, regional and statewide educational conferences, training, and resource materials for professional/volunteers; coordinates statewide advocacy and public policy development; conducts research and data analysis; and develops and supports local councils in all counties.
